It’s the perfect place to spend a morning floating or swimming laps in the main pool, or watching the kids play in their own personal pool from the comfort of a nearby cabana. Then finish the day gathered around the toasty fire pit with family, neighbors, and friends. And celebrate every occasion with over 3,700 sq. ft. of entertainment space at The Clubhouse. Fully equipped with a large kitchen island, prep kitchen (to hide the mess), and private patio overlooking the pool.

Working out goes next level at the new state-of-the-art facility that leaves traditional gyms in the dust. Harvest is a collaboration between interior designers, entrepreneurial visionaries, and leading health and fitness professionals. Enjoy hand-selected exercise equipment like an Olympic Lifting Rack (a request from soon-to-be residents), intentionally designed functional movement spaces, and a variety of fitness classes. But most importantly, what sets Harvest apart is the culture of people who support and encourage one another to meet their wellness goals.
Neighborhood Park
Walk, play, escape.
The Neighborhood Park is buzzing. Have some energy to burn? There’s always a pick-up game on the basketball court and soccer fields. Just across the park is an amphitheater style lawn, great for a picnic or a movie night with friends and neighbors. Another great way to recharge is to explore nature. Just outside Escaya is the extensive Otay Ranch trail system and the nearby Otay Valley Regional Park which extends all the way to the ocean.
