At The Village of Escaya, we believe in the power of neighbors. After all, they’re the ones who make your community feel like home. They’re the people you borrow sugar from, who take turns carpooling your kids to school, and who you plot epic block parties with.
It was important to us that we thanked our first round of official Escaya residents. So, this past December, we hosted a New Neighbor event to celebrate those who will help make and shape our community.
Soon-to-be residents were able to meet and mingle with their future neighbors in a celebration perfect for getting everyone in the festive spirit. And with over 200 home sales to date, there was no shortage of partygoers.
Guests indulged in hot cocoa and gourmet grilled cheese while being entertained by live music, and our smallest new neighbors bonded over kids crafts and games. A professional photographer was also there to capture family photos, a perfect frameable new home memento.
