It’s time to celebrate! The #1 selling new home community in Otay Ranch has officially sold out its current home collections. The Residence at Escaya Apartments Opening. The first residents moved into this epicenter of village life—with its walkable retail park, a clubhouse built for entertaining and convenience, and shady lawn areas to chillax in between it all. Not to mention some seriously stylish apartment homes!

The Village of Escaya Sells 948 Homes! A bittersweet moment for all of us as we’re thrilled to welcome our remaining residents into their new homes by December 2020. Heartfelt thanks to all of our wonderful sales teams for your dedication to helping our residents find a home here at Escaya!
